Ledgerline Financial launches real-time reconciliation for mid-market banks

Ledgerline Financial released a real-time reconciliation engine for banks with $1–20 billion in assets, cutting month-end close from nine days to two.

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES — October 21, 2026

Ledgerline Financial today launched Ledgerline Reconcile, a real-time transaction reconciliation platform built for banks with between $1 billion and $20 billion in assets. The company said the platform reduces month-end close from a nine-day average to two days in pilot deployments with six institutions.

The product connects to core banking systems and general ledgers, matching transactions continuously rather than in nightly batches. Pricing starts at $4,800 per month for institutions under $5 billion in assets.

Ledgerline said it will publish a quarterly index of reconciliation exception rates across its customer base, beginning in January 2027.

“Mid-market banks are running billion-dollar balance sheets on spreadsheet reconciliation. That is not a resourcing problem, it is a tooling problem.”

— Daniel Okonkwo, Chief Executive Officer, Ledgerline Financial
